When the TCs first came out, the softails were still Evos 'till they came out with the counterbalancers.
It would not smooth out at speed, it would get worse.
Even sticking in a ruber mount, the under-body softail suspension can't take it, and you will either loose, or bend your swing-arm/suspension.
