Default Vance & Hines Big Shot Longs Baffle Removal

Hello all! Is there any easier way to remove the baffles on the 07 version other than taking off the entire heatshields? I ordered some quiet baffles and plan on running without baffles until they arrive.

Not sure on the 07 version, but on the 06 version it was one screw on the side towards the wheel for each baffle. No heat shield removal needed.

I have friend that removed his baffles in his long shots. Even his wife wouldn't ride with him. Way loud. He put them back in after a week.

I have an 06 FLSTN with Big Shot Longs, pain in the f#!@ing azz to swap baffles .The screw holding the baffles in is not accessible unless the heat shields are removed which requires rider floor board, etc...I had to pull the entire exhaust loose. Put the quiet baffles in still too tinny sounding. I'm am ordering the BCT quiet baffles this week and going to go through the entire exercise again. I have the stock baffles that came with them and also the quiet baffles if anyone is interested?
