I wouldn't call them ignorant. Just looking for something that Harley isn't.

Even when they make foolish uninformed blanket statements like “all American bikes are pos’s and that’s why I only ride foreign bikes?”

free rein...

How about an AME 9 degree triple tree with the wide glide front end and RK air shocks in the back with a set of Troublemakers and beach bars? Black out the engine and the spokes while leaving the rims chrome. Finalize it by relocating the signal lights and putting a integrated tail/turn light on it.

Well, I don't have much tolerance of foolish blanket uninformed statements about anything. But if someone someone make such a statement based on experience I have to allow them their opinion.

Hey Fellas thanks for the input on the yellow Sporty!

It is for resale but I have a lot of free reign! I won't do any frame alteration but I can do a lot of add on stuff.......I really like the idea of turning it ol' school!

I will copy and paste all the suggestions and post pics on a regular basis on what I've done!

Tomorrow I will do fluid changes and throttle/clutch adjustments as well as doing a full parts needed list on all the bikes.
