What's the biggest thing you've run over...
...and managed to stay on the bike. I was coming home last night around dusk at about 60 mph. I topped a hill and the car in front of me swerved. Then I saw the set of box springs! [sm=wtf.gif] I tried to miss them, but wound up going right over them. It's a good thing it wasn't for a king-sized bed! I get home and tell my renter about them and he said that he saw them about an hour ago, but didn't think it was a big deal. [sm=icon_flaming.gif]
So, what have you hit on the road and managed to keep yourself and your bike upright? |

Had an 8' 2X4 come spinning out of the bed of a pickup truck and into my path. Good news was it hit the ground and I ran over it as opposed to having it take out the fairing on my bike...

Ex- wife. Wasn't sure it was her the first time so I went back and ran over her 3 more times just to make sure. Yep, it was her.:D

Ran over a deer that just got smacked from a semi truck in front of me the second day I had my 05 Night Train. I ran over the back thighs. I don't think I would have stayed on if I hit the middle section. Got blood and guts all over my new bike- talk about pissed!! [:@]

My wife, hit my brakes she went flying..... ran her over her, put it reverse ran her over again. Just kidding I don't have reverse.

A Triumph Spitfire(Oh wait,I didnt stay on the bike that time!). I did hit a Border Collie type dog once and didnt wreck.

an Irish Setter[&:], on my old bike. I was leaving my neighborhood one morning going to work. Iam only going 10-15mph with the dog yapping at my front tire. Just as I was nailing it, to get away from the dog, the dog decides to cross over in front of the bike. Hit the dog broadside and ran over her with both tires...........I slammed on the brakes and stopped. When I turned around the dog got up and hauled ass in the opposite direction.
It was my girlfriends dog. When I got home that night, she was pissed that the dog had grease and oil all over her. I kept quite about the early morning incident |
