Seat Pads: Opinions on Gel, Sheepskin or Air?
Tell me what ya' think. I'm trying to decide which one I'd like to try on our long summer ride.

I sent three seats out to http://www.americanasoftseats.com/ and had the gel pad and memory foam installed. Some of the best money I have spent on the bike!

Air ride cop seat, butt if your riding 2 up, everytime you float through a bump in the road you'll get a WHACK in the back of the head followed by a "why isn't my seat air ride !!!"

on his blingwing and i used it on mine i like it, he says they stay cool in the summer, thats a big plus here in the valley of the sun

I have a full sheepskin to cover both front and rear seats. Cool in summer and warm in winter. I can pull the front edge back to keep the jewels warm on a frosty day, being that there is the gap in the chaps!

It depends upon how long you are going to be in the saddle.
If it is just for a ride around town the sheep skin is what I use. If it is going to be a longer ride, I use both. But the Gel under the sheep skin and away I go.
