It was a great class......I took it 1 year after the basic MSF course...it was worth taking a class on your own bike, cuz you got to experience the turns/stops, etc a little differently. I was planning on taking it again this year, however, I really would like to take an on-site RLAP course....closest to me is in NC...so maybe a summer trip for that...

For those who have taken the course, have many people dropped their bikes when taking the class? I took the MSF basic class last year. I really liked it. The instructor said that earlier in the week they were teaching the advanced class and some guy dropped his bike and got injured. They called an ambulance to get him checked out at the hospital. I’m curious to know if people dropping their bikes in the advanced class happens fairly frequently or if it is it rare occurrence.

I'm taking it next month. I haven't decided if I'll carry the bagger or the dyna to the class.

I took the ERC a year after I bought my first bike and just signed up for it again now that I have bought the Ultra. Like someone above mentioned it's only $25.00.

I took the class through Riders Edge with some buddies last summer... rained the whole weekend. I think it was well worth the cost. Only one guy in the class dropped his bike, but quite a few had to put a foot down here or there.

I took the class twice, once in the early 90’s and again in the mid 90’s. No one dropped a bike in either class.

I think it is definitely worth taking the class. Like others, I still use the skills that I learned many years ago.

I took the ERC back in Oct and it was one of the best classes I have taken. Like someone mentioned before it depends on your instructor and you. I took the class on my Bones and I had a blast.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm going to take the class as soon as I can.
