I don't run I-70 too much on the bike, but run it several times a month in my pick-up...The only time it gets too bad is as you start gettign close to StL or KC...rest is pretty much smooth.
44, on the other hand, has 'waves' from about Union to Waynesville (125 miels or so)...even in my pick-up I can sit and watch the bouncing as I drive. I hate making that trip...but have to do it about every 2 weeks.
