looking for fun events in the midwest
 
starting to plan things to do this year,,, iam in sw michigan and looking for fun events in the midwest to fill my weekends...did little sturgis ky. millwaukee 105th, sturgis toy run mi., fowlerville easy rider rodeo... last summer.... need to try some new stuff this year

there are hill climbs in Dickeyville,Wi and Anamossa,Iowa.also East Davenport,Iowa has a weekend event called sturgis in the village.

Try these: Freedom Rally, Buckhorn, MO. Usually coincides with memorial day weekend. Bikes, Blues, and BBQ in Fayetteville, AR. Usually occurs last weekend in Sept. Been to both, and both r pretty cool.

Don't forget the first ever Michigan HOG Rally in late August. Will be in Lansing..

You have the Mt Garfield hill climb in muskegon. Benny's bike rally in midland, they say that is getting better than fowlerville. And fowlerville.

Check out the Dennis Kirk Patriot Ride in eastern Mn, north of Mpls. One of the largest in our state, and a huge fundraiser for the troops and their families. Saturday, June 20th. Last year over $70,000 was raised, with 1100 riders, taking 22 minutes to pass by on the highway (official word from Mn State Patrol!)
