Looks like Missouri will be helmet free for those over 21yo by this summer no later than Aug.28th, Whoo Hoo.

congrats...we're still hoping Oregon will soften their helmet laws...but I doubt it

NC has a similar bill in the house, but it remains to be seen whether or not it will pass. It would take effect later this year. We'll see.

A victory for individual rights of which we have none in the communist state of NJ. But freaking stupid to exclude younger riders. Are their heads less hard?

I guess the police have to guess what age you are.

We have that exception in Florida and they get different license plates that say under 21 across the bottom.

Congrats! We had a bill this year and it died a quick and painless death.

That's cool, in Maine there was talk about reinstating some form of a helmet law. That would suck the most! Good reason to join the local United Bikers or whatever group lobbies on our behalf. If they pass a helmet law here they also should pass a law requiring someone to make a helmet that doesn't give me a headache after 30 minutes with the added bonus of making me look like a mushroom...........hey they put a guy on the moon right?
