I just bought a bike, an 06 road glide. It has the Harmon/Kardon advanced audio radio, but the cd door cover is broken off. Is there any way short of stuffing the cd slot with silicone to waterproof the radio? Also if anyone has a radio door that I might be able to use it would be great. Anybody else had this problem? What did ya'll do?

 

I know this is an old post, but I am a new member and cannot find how to post a new thread. I also loft the flip up cover from my Harmon kardon radio/cd. I bought a new cover just to get the flip up door. the door seems to be attached with a piece of hard wire with a spring that seats in a slot. the spring wire is really small. cam anyone tell me the best way to remove and replace the cd cover without messing up the attachment wires?
