According to the letter I read from Mag they are just consolidating the office, the retail center and open house will continue.

 

Sorry to hear that. Hurts the whole town when a major employer leaves. Domtar closed the paper mill in Port Edwards, WI in 2008 and the town is still hurting.

I travel for work near Anamosa often and stop by J&P just to walk around.
I'll have to say I never thought it was that big of a draw outside of online ordering which from the sound of it will be better in Ky.
However if I lived near there I'm sure I'd miss it.

Anyway, the locals still have the State Pen to work at if needed.
