An emergency repair on a my sailboat diesel exhaust elbow didn't last long, but it was enough to get home.

Intake side of a set of dart heads when I got carried away with porting them. Saved me about $700 for a new head still holding up.

I repaired the hand brake mount on my RMX250 once...we were at an off road race and I didn't have a spare but I DID have JB Weld. The mount broke just in front of the handlbar rings ...kinda hard to describe...but even after I put a spare in my tool box I left the repaired one on there for a couple of years. When I finally replaced the thing (to sell the bike) it was still in good working condition.

dropped my stihl chainsaw about 20 feet out of a tree, split the fuel tank which runs about 150 bucks, JB has done well through all the vibration.

Had a broken head bolt in my CJ7 Jeep,it would leak coolant.I was able to remove the bolt but the thread was in the block.Cleaned out the hole and the bolt, mixed up some JB Weld and placed in the hole and on the bolt.
That was in 2001.Still running good.

Valve cover bolt stripped out at the race track. JB held through a 6 hour endurance race. (Yes, we won).

Later: Finding out I was the worse aluminum welder on the planet only cost me a GSXR1100 head. I f'd it up so bad even a good welder couldn't fix it!

Plugged the radiator on my old Mustang after the drain spigot shot out of it on a drive to Texas.

Snapped a bolt off when removing a water pump from and old outboard..I drilled it out, threads were destroyed..I cleaned out the hole real good, plugged it full of JB and sunk a piece of threaded rod into the JB..Worked well.

Had an old Guzzi Ambassador that the Generator mount broke away from the engine. JB Weld to the rescue....even with all the force and torque of the belt pulling on it it lasted for two years until I sold it and I rode that old Guzzi alot.

Tried using it to attach a seat mount to a frame. Not a smart idea....didn't make it to the end of the block. I'm thinking it might have been an error in mixing on my part but went ahead and drilled and tapped since I almost fell off the bike when the mount broke loose. Older and wiser now.
