Default Advanced braking

With all the technology today, why doesnt HD use anti-lock or integated brakes ?

ABS is an option starting with the '08 model year ..

I wud be wary of intergrated brakes onna scoot , tho' someone may be doing it already

ABS brakes are optional extras on 2008 and 2009 Touring bikes.

Honda and BMW have been doing integrated brakes for years. I can't claim I'm a huge fan though.

I would think if BMW uses them, they must be worth something.

Yeah worth the bike making decisions for me that I would rather make myself.

How well would those integrated brakes work on a gravelly road or corner? Would the front wash out at all?

ABS scares me, But they say it is great feature ,no locked brakes.

Buddies 08 Goldwing has integrated ABS... rode it in the twisties last week... works pretty good and was super smoth....stopped sharp..I could handle good stopping power like that on my FLHTCi...

Integrated brakes suck! I know my old Beemer had them! It takes control of the bike out of your hand, like trail braking (using rear brake only in a turn).
