Google " Harley vin numbers" there are lots of sites

 

can also go to a local harley dealer with the vin number and they can pull some info on it. and if you know where the bike had any of its work done and you go to that dealer they can pull all that info for you.

 

I dont know if Carfax also does motorcycles, but it only cost $7.00. It saved my sister A$$ from a bad deal. Well worth the money.
