It's GONE !
 

When I bought my little Sportster a month and a half ago I thought it would be neat for the first time in my life to own more than one bike. I thought it would be a good companion bike to my BMW R 1150 RT. I bought the Sporster in Nashville and had a 1700 mile introduction bring it back here to Tucson. I had forgotten what it was like to enjoy a bike with charqcter (attitude). It was a hoot.

Since I bought the Sportster I hadn't ridden the BMW even once and decided to sell it on eBay. This morning at 10.30 I went to the airport and picked up the new owner from Albuquerque. Ran him to our MVD for temporary tags to get him home on. Then home to the garage. Showed him all the basics and he just left about an hour ago.

WOW, what a relief. What they say is the two happiest days of your life are the day you buy it and the day you sell it.
