Just a question

My son has a 09 Night Train and he wants to put on V&H short shots.( I know they're loud) We're going to put them on ourselves to save some labor cost, as well as the SE stage 1 air cleaner. After this we want to take it directly to the dealer for the re-map. The dealer is a 20-30 minute ride away. Will it do any damage to the bike to ride it to the dealer before the re-map is done? I've called 2 dealers and got 2 different answers. I just don't want to cause any damage to his new bike. Thanks in advance.

+1. A ride to the dealer won't be a problem. Have you looked at the PC III or PC V from fuel moto? I paid less than $300 and was well worth it. How much is the remap?

The re-map is $150.

Definitely consider a fuel management system over the remap. With a fuel management system you will have more flexibility in tuning, especially if other mods are made in the future.

I heard that a fuel management system voids the warranty. That's not the case?
