Default Oil cooler problem

I just put a Harley Davidson oil cooler on my 06' Road king classic. Does anyone know of any reason that it should hit the rear skirt on my front fender when I apply the front brakes? The guys at the shop can't figure it out.

Sounds like your steering head is loose. Cooler isnt moving forward, its mounted to the frame. Fender is moving back, mounted to forks. Forks are moving. Since you said you just got it back from being wrecked, sounds like a bad repair.
