Default 82 fxb sturgis

The 82 gets my vote. I bought mine back last week after selling it 12 years ago. Its one of 49 factory customs that year, Gold anodized mags and red and gold metalflake paint with gold maple leafs on tanks and fenders for the Canadian market. Still have the original tins in storage. No offense to my softail, but shovels forever!!

1980 Wide Glide is always the bike in my mind for the era so it gets my vote.

Disc Glides are badass.
I do love the Sturgis - one of these days I'll put mine back to stock.

Can't remember what year but Harley's brought out a Shovel Wide Glide as I recall which was a root beer colour including the engine covers which was only made for a year, I wonder how many of them are still around.

The 1980 FXWG Wide Glide was/is still my favorite bike from that time...
