Do you let anyone ride your bike?

Only one person, because she was looking to invest in "big girl" bike. I know it's only a bike and insured. I don't offer for people to ride my bike but if they are experienced and ask no problem have at it!

I have been riding for over 40 years about 25 on Harleys, currently own 6 bikes. My wife rides her own as do most of our close friends. If a Brother or very close friend that is a competent rider than I have no issues at all. I have loaned a bike out to a Brother without hesitation and have swapped rides in the past. Hell most of these guys have the alarm codes to my shop. One close Brother walked my youngest daughter down the aisle while I was gone. Hell yeah I trust.
I don’t worship at the altar of Harley. I also don’t equate riding one of my Harleys to that of “Riding” my wife. I have a lot more respect for my wife and my brothers. If you are a casual or non-rider or I don’t know you then the answer is no, but then again If you don’t know me chances are you aren’t gonna ask anyway as I don’t hangout at Starbucks, Bike-night or the Dealership.

Yes! I would probably be riding a different model if a close friend hadn't let the wife and I ride his Electra Glide. A good friend who I know is a decent rider and is good for damages should they occur is welcome to ride my bike upon request.

I let a guy from this forum ride mine for about ten minutes four years ago. To this day, as recent as last week he bitches and whines about it, slams it every chance he gets. I didnt know a road glide was that bad, I like it. Nobody will ride it again, nothing in it forr me.

If I know that you will pay outright to fix/replace my bike, sure. I've only ridden freinds' bikes when they have asked me to (need to move it, whatever) and knew full well that if I dropped it I would pay them out of my pocket to fix any damages.
If they wear the same colors that I do, I trust them to watch my kids. Next to that, riding my bike is nothing.
