CVO, Touring and Trike models manufactured from 2008, to 2010 for problems with the rear brake light switch

my bad. but it does affect more than touring models

It does NOT include the 2008 model year in the recall, but does include up to include some 2012 models manufactured up to Sept. 16, 2011.
