Interesting point I noticed. I bought a new Sundowner seat for my '09 Street Glide. It is not made in the US according to the bottom of the seat. The stock seat I removed from my SG sadi made in the USA on the bottom. Could more of the stock parts on Harley's bikes be made in the USA than their after sale counterparts?

Why are we constantly "splitting hairs" on this subject?

Everything is made of components from all over the world. Everything.

Do we still love our Harleys? Hell yeah! Are we still going to ride them? Hell yeah!

Time to accept things and focus on more important issues like 'which oil to run' or 'which patch is acceptable' or 'should you wear chaps'. LOL

A company that makes flat panel TV mounts is moving from one Chicago suburb to another. Part of that move includes moving all of their manufacturing to the new facility. That manufacturing was being done overseas.
