How to get polish off black wrinkle engine paint
 

I like to keep the chrome polished, but the engine paint soaks the the poslish up like a sponge. Looks like crap. How do you get it off the paint? Also whats the best for keeping the engine paint looking new?

S100 Engine Brightner.

Wash with S100 cleaner then detail with S100 brightener.

Buy some Avon Skin So Soft in a squirt bottle. Spray that on the black engine parts and dab with a clean cloth. That'll lift the ugly white wax right off:icon_wink:
S100 works great for keeping the black cases looking new.

What is S100? Where do you buy it?

S100 is a brand of polishes, cleaners and such. Available at Harley dealers all over the country.

I might add that I use a brand called Wizard's. Its in a spray bottle that you can use all over your bike and it works great. I havent bought any in a while, but at the dealer it was cheaper than the S100 line of cleaners.

Peanut butter. If it is just a little wax on there. It does work and saves a trip to town. Must be the oil.
