Issues with 2010 brakes?
I was in for the 1,000 miles service today and complained about the front brake. It makes a graunching sort of noise for the first couple stops after the bike has been sitting for a couple hours. I think it's the pads chattering in the calipers.
The service writer says that they hear a lot of complaints about the same issue but there's nothing they can do about it. Says the Brembo pads simply chatter until they get some heat in them.
Do your brakes chatter after a cold start?

I haven't had THAT issue with my Limited. I am getting front brake pulsation at slow speed stops. Waiting for a warranty part to come in, and I'll have them check the run out on the front rotors then

Replaced the front rotors with the H-D floating rotors, and the pads with Lyndall Z+. I made sure the caliper pins were greased (they were bone dry when I disassembled them), and I used that anti-vibration monkey snot on the back of the pads. Bike stops like a heart attack with no noise or dust.

I didn't mention in my original post but my bike is a Dyna with the single disc front brake. I have a few more miles on the bike and sort of hoped it might fix itself with time and miles but it hasn't. Maybe I'll pull the pads and check the pins for lack of lube. They don't need ABS on the Dyna. Arnold couldn't squeeze the lever hard enough to lock up my bike's front brake. Kind of dissapointed with them considering the other vehicles I've owned with Brembos had terrific brakes.

I don't hear anything from my 010. But then I'm 70 and don't hear much anyway. My HD is very quiet.

I have a 2010 FLSTC with Single Front Disk Brake. Presently 1,200 miles. No pulsations, but I do hear a mild hissing when the front brakes are applied. I assume that's being caused by the drilled holes in the rotor. My main issue is that in a hard stop and I don't mean a panic stop I can lock up both the font and rear wheels way to easilly IMHO. I'm guessing that's the High Milage OEM Dunlops and once they wear out and I replace them with something a bit stickyer even if faster wearing it'll be OK . . . If anyone has any experience with this I'd sure like to hear it. Arriving at a red light crossed up ain't my idea of fun . . . even if it amuses the cagers . . .
