For those planning to go to Sturgis this year
I got this in an e-mail and thought it might interest some...
It is sponsored Masonicly, but everyone is encouraged to participate...
Bike Week is an International event held every year the first week of August in Sturgis, South Dakota. Tens of thousands of motorcycle riders attend during the week and will be riding in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming. Could you possibly give some publicity to the following:
Northeast Wyoming Motorcycle Poker Run
The Inyan Kara Shrine Club and the Newcastle Masonic Lodge No. 13 of Newcastle, Wyoming are jointly sponsoring a Poker Run on Tuesday, August 3rd during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The Poker run will begin and end at the "Flying V" Bed and Breakfast located 9 miles North of Newcastle, WY on US Hwy 85. The poker run will be 171 miles round trip and each rider will stop to pick up a playing card at the Masonic lodges in Sundance, Hulett, Upton, and Newcastle, Wyoming and end back at the "Flying V". Entry fee is $25. Grand prize is a Weatherby 300 win. rifle with a 3X9 scope going to the holder of the best poker hand. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Aug 3rd at the "Flying V."
Call Don Stover @ (308) 746-4564 or Jim Dixon @ (307) 746-2788 during normal business hours (Mountain Time) for further information.

If the Shriners are putting it on, generally all their funds go to support their network of Shriners Childrens Hospitals.
Also, the week before Sturgis is getting about as big as the Rally itself.

No way! Strap that sob to your back for the ride home. Guaranteed you will get cages keeping their distance and staying away. That .300 should shoot MOA out to 600 yards or better!
