I've seen more than a few 1 of 1 bikes that only the owner who paid to have it painted could love...

I was never a fan of the numbered paint sets but there are a couple that were done really well. I had the tins on my RK custom painted. People would ask if it was a numbered set and I’d say, 1 of 1. Although the painter did do similar other sets.

Exactly. Some dude who doesn't like my HD numbered paint job doesn't matter. As long as I like it.

I had a 2004 Softail Standard with a numbered paint set. Low and behold there were two running around Des Moines, Iowa.

I was wondering if you could give some information on my bike. If is a 2002 Softail standard. The VIN number comes back as a black bike. I am guessing someone before me put these skins on my bike. I was hit by a car and the front fender was damaged. The Harley Davison dealership here in Killeen Tx sent it off to a custom paint shop in Austin Tx. They have had the Fender since March 30 2019. They can not seem to get he paint match correct. My gas tank is stamped like yours 87/150. how do you like I can get the paint code for this?

Default "Trust Me" Paint set

I bought a Street Bob new in 2010. Had the "Trust Me" paint set installed at the dealer before delivery. I live near Daytona and rode it to every event for 6 years and Sturgis and never saw another paint set like it until the day after I traded it. I saw someone on a Dyna with the same set riding on US1 near Broken Spoke. The only other one I've seen is on a Crossbones in this thread.

Never should have traded that bike. If I find it again I hope to buy it back.
