Do you protect bikers when you're driving in a cage?
Do you protect bikers when you're driving in a cage?
The other day I'm driving along on the highway in the family Windstar and I see a cage tail-gaiting a biker in the center lane. I eventually made a lane change in between them with my van and then slowed down. The cage got frustrated and went into the left lane and took off ahead of us. When I see a bike on the road and I'm in a cage, I'm always looking out for the bikers on the road with respect to how the other cagers are driving around them. Does anyone else feel this need while driving in a cage? |
Yeah when i'm in one of the cages I always look out for bikers when I can. We all have to look out for eachother ya know.
I do it all the time. Don't know why, I juast can't help it.

I will always try to protect a bike when I'm in the cage and hope for the same in return.

Just like stopping to help a fellow biker that is broken down on the side of the road, it SHOULD be a natural reflex. I do it whenever possible.
I always try to look out for them too. Sometimes I catch myself trying to do the biker wave when I'm in my truck...just a habit I guess
yep catch myself doin it all the time I try to position myself some where to help block any incoming dumb ass from doin some thing stupid
Do it all the time as well.....cant help it I guess, least I can do to help a fellow rider avoid the dumb shits on the road! I drive an Excursion so I try to help out where I can! LOL
Of course! As we said in the '60s, if ya can't trust a biker, who can you trust??
ABSOLUTELY. We have to stick together on bikes or in cages. Except metric bikes (just kidding).
