Tough day to be a 1%'er

It says something when one of their biggest offenses is "They ran a guy off the road 5 years ago and took his colors" I sounds like some Chief complained that they hadn't busted anyone in a while. If they are so concerned about drugs they should take a look at our southern border a little harder.

They hit him with a car....stole his vest and as far as they were concerned he coulda been dead. He was left laying there unconcious.
If someone did you that way...you'd be cryin' a river...and postin' about it here....

It's the game they play. They sign up for it when the become a prospect. It goes with the territory... I doubt very much that any 1%er would be cryin' a river over this to anyone... especially the cops and even more especially HERE. It's their game, and they play it (pretty much) with just each other. Basically, it's none of our business.

And if someone did that to the typical MC member, he wouldn't say anything at all about it. It's a different world, and your rules and norms don't (necessarily) apply.
It'll be interesting to see how all this ends up. Usually the final truth is somewhere in between the two sides.

Various clubs have been going at each other for years, including highly publicized shootouts at Laughlin and Sturgis where many innocents were endangered. You can't expect law enforcement not to take some action.
I do wonder if they have learned anything from years ago, when their RICO action against the Angels completely failed.

"A federal grand jury in Virginia has indicted 27 members of the gang on charges that included attempted murder, kidnapping and assault, according to court documents unsealed Tuesday."
So, 16-23 common people decided that there was enough evidence to indictment based on the evidence that was presented to them by the federal prosecutor.
It might be a different world that they live in, BUT it's going to be the common people that will sit in judgement.
