Help me decide! Vance and Hines or Python

I bought a 2006 Fat Boy last summer and after a year with the Short Shots I'm ready to replace them. They're just too much of a crackle and too shallow sounding for my liking. Had a few run-ins with the noise police and I'm ready to be done with that, too. I'm wanting something with a much more mellow, deep tone, and of course, quieter than the Short Shots. I've got it narrowed down to Vance and Hines Big Shots Staggered and Python Staggered Duals. Either option will get quiet baffles. I can't pull the trigger on either, so please help me decide.

the v and h have a much deeper sound, i have the pythons and while i love the sound it sounds to me like you may want to go with the v and h. i dont think they will be quite as loud
