Reverse Trike w/V-Rod Engine
I've been seeing a lot of the cam-am spiders lately and have to think that Harley could absorb a little of the market share if they jumped in and made a HD reverse trike (two front wheels, one back) using the water-cooled v-rod engine and adding a reverse gear to it.
This way all the "car tire buyers for bikes" would be happy and not get ridiculed for doing so :icon_wink: I'm also surprised the aftermarket hasn't seen this opportunity yet. Maybe they have and I have had the blinders on??? |

Interesting, I wonder if they followed up within the 18 months after the Sept. '06 patent application? It would put a good use to all the v-rods setting around at the dealers. |
Here's one, but it's Twin Cam powered. And also a video of the ultimate water cooled trike: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeNLMN_RqSI
