Default LED Headlight

Harley is offering an LED headlight. I've never seen one on a bike. Is Harley the first to market?

Just saw one on a friend's Street Glide this weekend. He'd just installed it. It's Kuryakyn. I'm pretty sure he said it was super easy to install/plug & play.

Personally, I didn't care for the looks of it...way too busy. He said the jury is still out on whether or not it gives him as much additional light as he was hoping. He was running a stock light I believe. I do know he didn't have the H-D HID.

I saw it in the latest product flyer/catalog, but I haven't seen one on a bike yet.

I never saw an LED that cast more light than a regular bulb....also it looks too metric for me. Very funky.

I thought the same thing. Perhaps the next iteration will be made to look more traditional.

Look again. This is coming technology driven by the superior efficiency of the LED. Just check out the new Audis that are ALL LED! They're brighter, whiter, use less power, and give off less heat. You'll see more and more of them.

I like and when comparing to car head lights LED's are much brighter. I think it would definetly look retarded on my scoot. Imagine seeing this bright *** single headlight coming by people thinking your on a beamer or something then my bucket of parts comes rolling by......LOL

Same here. They must think I'm made of stupid.
No way is that price reasonable for the technology.
