I was googling Harley Davidson leather jackets and I cam across this site http://topbrands.diytrade.com and they have jackets, sweatshirts, and t-shirts very cheap. But you have to order straight from China. Looks like they have a minimum order of 1 on all of their stuff. The jacket I am interested in is only $175. Harley stores want $425 for it. Couple of button down shirts are $18 each and Harley want $60-65 for them at the dealership.
I want to inquire to the web site and ask questions but the ask for you mobile number in one of their "required" fields. I'll give them my email but not my cell. I would hate to pay the internation fees on that incoming call.

 

I've not ordered from them myself but have heard there are some places in China selling dirct through the internet... Harley Clothing etc that they mfg for Harley for resale by Harley but of course there are always rejects and seconds that Harley won't buy and therefor end up for sale through the internet as discribed. Could be a good thing or could also be trouble ?!

 

One problem is Custom Duties are not paid. Typical duty is 30-50% on clothing plus you will have to play a customs broker for clearing. US Customs may deam these fake and inpound them.

 

if i remember correctly, if its listed as a sample on the package there are no
custom/duty charges.

 

yeah no duties, i have bought alot of computer parts from sites from china they are very good and same parts you buy in u.s. just google them

 

This would be my concern - not worth the risk.

 

These are either defects or total knock off's from China. If you do order from them use American Express so if you get screwed you will have some backing. Visa and Mastercard will not be worth crap to assist you!

 

They say authentic from the HD factory in China. It's possible they have some monir defects. I would never buy HD jackets at the prices they have them at the dealerships....but at these prices I may consider it. I just don't like the logos so much.

 

I just sent an email to the company so we will see what kind of reply I get. Not looking to get a response until tomorrow so I will keep you posted.

 

I just might give these guy a shot for a Sweatshirt
