How to wash harley???

Yeah, definitely lose the power spray. I just use a garden hose and a hand mit and when I'm done I use my leaf blower to dry it down then buff it all over with a soft terry cloth.

My God, I cant believe that some of you wash your bikes only 2-3 times a year, I have to wash at least once a month, if I dont ride too much, If I get out every day of the week it needs a wash at least once a week.
I spray with S100, have a nice cup of tea !, wash it down with a garden hose using fresh water, soap it with a car wash soap, rinse, blow dry or chammy, wax and polish. All takes about an hour and a half from start to finish. I even wash the underside. Never had any problem with starting or running, though it always seem's to run better after a wash.
PS. you can substitute the tea for coffee if you like,' no pressure'.

I use the pressure washer all the time...just don't put the nozzle too close. I keep it about 2-3 feet away and use the fan spray setting. Been doing that for 5 years...since I got the pressure washer and never had a problem with anything. Use common sense and you won't hurt your bike. It's no different than riding through a puddle at 60 miles an hour.
