I bought my first house in May and the garage is.....lacking! The previous owner insulated the walls, but instead of drywall, they used really cheap simulated wood paneling, and the ceiling is exposed. I'm going to drywall the whole thing and possibly epoxy the floor. I also want to make it man cave. I want HD banners....product banners....stuff like that. Lets see what you guys have done....I need a little inspiration!

Mine will not go inside for any thing. It only wants to ride the roads.

It's a 2.5 deep single width.


Cardboard workbench ... check.
Lots of flags ... check.
Piles of crap ... check.
Scorpions under everything I pick up ... check.

Should be an interesting thread of inspiration. We just got a house this past summer, 2 car garage. Left bay has my bike, garden equipment....John Deere lawn tractor, garden/utility trailer for the tractor, wood chipper, brush clearer, chain saw, ladders. Gotta keep the right drive bay clear for the wifes car...while my Jeep suffers outside.

Not pic worthy...but will be a good thread to watch.

My mancave. Bike shares the shop with my airplane (in progress) my fishing stuff and various other junk both useful and maybe not so useful but ...........isn't that the way it is?

Pic #1 is the current set up...I have rearranged the tool boxes so I had more floor space and eliminated the need for the step stools to see into the top boxes. There's a step the boxes sit on which didn't help matters much.
