I pulled in while traveling through the Dallas area with a strange noise from the front wheel that sounded like a bearing. They took it right in and checked everything out and it turned out to be nothing major, just sand trapped after a dirt road I had detoured on. They just cleaned it out with pressured air. No charge. I can't say how they are normally, but they treated me right.

Longhorn is fine and they have some nice Parties every month but I prefer American Eagle in Corinth Tx for Service and Bike Prices

I bought my service manual and a few shirts there, nice staff, no issues.

Bought my last two bikes there, would not go anywhere else. They have a party once a month and they are a blast. My avatar is from one of their parties. If you go to buy a bike, deal with Shane Keeling, the owners son. They have treated me great before, during and after the sale.

Didn't buy my bike there, but have got some parts and advise from them and they have been helpful and good to deal with. Don't know how far of a drive for you but I got my bike at Sherman, wanted to buy it from Chris at north texas but texoma had several '09 customs and kept calling me with a lower price until I couldn't say no. Don't know if that helps, thought I would offer up my experience.

Have you seen the springer at longhorn with the skulls and bones? It seems like everytime I see that bike I find something I didn't notice before.

Bought both sportys there. Bought a lot of parts there, been to several of the parties. Also on saturdays, they have the kegs out front. There ok folks there. Most down to earth.

Went in a couple of years ago looking for 2 bikes (wife and daughter). Found 2 used bikes that they liked and went to do the paperwork. Was to be a cash deal. They tried to charge me for all of the dealer prep, assembly and shipping just like a new bike. $2200.00 additional above TT&L. They wouldnt back down from it so we went to N. Texas. Found 2 very similar bikes at a better price with no BS.
