I would let him know that you he had to deduct $3,800 to put a decent paint job on it...then another $10,000 to take off all the lame "custom" bolt on crap he has on it...

and that's a deduction from the $10,000 that it is worth...So the way I see it, that D-bag owes me $3,800 !!!
