Default quick ride

Needed to make a trip to the food store today, about two miles round trip. When I came home I looked at the odometer and it was 16 miles round trip. Now that never bothers me , but my wife thinks I"m alittle strange . Well I explained to her that was pretty much normal for most riders . When I get time to ride never take the short way. Besides I told her not good for the bike to take short trips it needs to be warmed up correctly. What do you think?

It always takes 30 minutes for my bike to warm up...that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Sometimes my bike cannot stop taking right turns. So I end up making large loops until I can finally get back home.

Just tell her that it centers around the intransigent viscosity properties of the lubrication material and shorter trip dynamics would have a substatially negative counter-effect on the resultant acidity measurements....or something like that....
