Just for giggles, I noted the "service menu" at 3 dealerships, and 2 indys for the 20K service
Raleigh $500
Durham 230
Rocky Mount 230
INDY's
Atlantic Ave $250
Glenwood 350
The "book" allows "X" hours per task...... SOME folks will/can combine those hours as best they can... other will charge for EVERYTHING they can.
If you can... buy a manual and do your own work, if you can't.... then go with the best shop you can find.

Tappet screen, not "tapped." It's a filter screen at the top of the oil pump under one of those big screws that catches debris on EVO's.
