Default Which noob is resurrecting the most old threads

Maybe I'm just being a little cranky, but there seem to be a ridiculous amount of two and three year old threads being resurrected by new members with little to no new or good information. So we should have a contest and the winner gets...?

I don't mind old threads. HDF is a discussion forum. If you spot a redundant topic, just skip it.

Maybe we could give the winner good and useful information to put in their threads.

I like rehashing some of the old topics, makes me realize how my opinions change over the years. The ones I'm not interested in, I skip.

If noobs start a thread on an old subject, they catch hell.

If noobs use the "search" function, find a thread on a topic they are interested in and post in it, they catch hell.

I dunno but I hate the old resurrected threads with no new info, too.

N00bz = Prospects...

They are supposed to catch hell!

I sometimes read say 3-7 pages before I think to look at the o.p. date. Then I ask myself, "What twit dug this thread up again?" It's ok, just kinda annoyin to get interested in something then find out the originator is no where around now and my input or sarcasm will be wasted on somebody who actually thinks the originator is still waiting for an answer... There should be a LAW!

WTF else have I got to do all day?
