Default Setting Ignition Timing for EVO

Basically word for word, with diagrams, out of a manual. So, if you don't have a manual this is good stuff! Otherwise go ahead and follow the manual.

Yea I need one for this motor I'm working on but the one that came with looked like a pit bull used it as a chew toy! I bet the dealership would have one, if not i'll have to order online, kind of secluded out here in west Texas and the closest dealership is over 200 miles away... bummer

You know you can buy it online. Two hundred miles is just a lunch ride lol. I have seen someone get their bike hot by trying to set the timing and just being inept. One of them get it done and tightened up things. Nice review and timing my Evo is something I don't check unless I am doing major work to it. It never moves once I have set it. Set it --ride it---and think about it after doing any work.
