Thumbs Up for EasyBrackets Customer Service
I recently bought a set of custom saddlebags, included with which was a set of Easy Brackets. The bags were perfect, and I got the Easy Brackets studs onto the fender with no problem. But no way would the brackets lock properly, and one saddlebag even fell off the bike while the bracket was supposedly locked (no visible damage to bag, luckily).
I called Tom at Easy Brackets directly, and even though I hadn't purchased the brackets from him he took the issue on board immediately and, at his own expense, Fedexed a new set of brackets to me. The new brackets work perfectly, and I'm sending the old ones back so he can do some QC on them. (The problem seems to be with the locks, not with the brackets themselves.)
At no time did Tom suggest that I should contact the saddlebag manufacturer who sent me the brackets. Instead, he saw an issue with his product and he forthrightly solved the issue. Two thumbs up for Tom and Easy Brackets.
