I bought this cool helmet for my girlie. I just recieved it and the graphix are all crooked??? Has anybody else had the same experience with this helmet? Should I send it back or are they all gonna be like this? Bummin, I wanted to surprise the girlie today and I aint happy about the quality.

I though Bell had quality products.
That is crooked for sure. I'd return it.

 

My Belll 500 helmet is the nicest helmet I have ever owned for a cruiser.. I figured this one to be the same.. Guess not..I sat on hold for 20 mins with motorcycle Superstore and no answer, I guess I will email them.

 

Return it I love my bell to but thats shottu work.

 

I spoke with Motorcycle Superstore and as I suspected they handled the problem quickly and politely. I reordered a Bell Custom 500 Silver Flake for my girlie.

The superstore is sending me a call tag VIA email for the return of the defective helmet. They are even gonna cover the initial shipping as part of the return,so I get full reimbursement on my credit card.

Bell Rodder R/T ---Looks like a BOBBLEHEAD on my girl, and the XS size was heavier than my L Custom 500.

Just a bit of info I wanted to share.

The Extra Small Bell Custom 500 weighs approximately .9 pounds less than the Extra Small Bell Rodder R/T. Girlie is super excited about her new Silver Flake 500. Yes folks.....I am bored

 

You could have given her the helmet, kept your mouth shut about the graphics, then if she ever noticed you could blame her for goofing them up. Or you could return it.
