One rally I go to every year is The State Line Rally in Keosaqua Iowa. It happens the 3rd week-end in September every year. Sponsored by Abate Districts in Southern Iowa and Western Illinois and F.O.R.R of Northern Missouri. Nice laid back party, friendly town and excellent roads on the Des Moines River.

Abate of Iowa Freedom Rally - July 2,3,4 2015
Is on private property. Food, cheap beer, showers. Admission includes bands.
Advanced ticket (ABATE members) $35.00 for single and $55.00 for couples. Advance ticket price is only good for ABATE of Iowa members and members of an approved SMRO (state motorcycle rights organization), and are only on sale until June 17, 2015 at that price. This is the only couple's ticket offered as we will be discontinuing couples tickets at the gate. Saturday only ticket is $35.00

The admission price at the gate will be $40.00 each for ABATE of Iowa members and members of an approved SMRO, and $65.00 each for non-members. Also, active duty military personnel will be admitted at member price.

The Rally out at Lake Perry, Kansas is not the Kansas Abate Rally, it's the National Abate Rally. It's on Memorial Day every year.

 

I was at Conesville a few years back, and things get very wild ... in a good way and bad way. They've been nearly shutdown a few times for some serious brawls.
