As an Australian living in Canada and who is soon to take the hog into Vermont and New Hampshire for a 4 day spin in the mountains, if I get stopped can I ask the officer to give my bottom a rub to help ease the well-known effect on the bottom of a long ride? That's clearly contributing to safety, and if its a safety check, they better check my bottom is OK. Which constitutional amendment or right would I thus be exercising?
