I know one guy who bought a jacket from them.

He said it was inexpensive, I thought it just looked cheap.

Just sayin.

 

They are cheap. Not sure the quality yet.

 

Hot Leathers stuff is pretty crappy - I see it in stores a lot and once bought a set of their chaps, on sale, but sold them again without ever wearing them.

If their jackets cost more than $30, I can get a good jacket for less. I wear a nice, very heavy, US made Schott to work, when it's cold (I work in an office - it's a nice looking jacket) - it cost me $30. I also have a US made Excelled motorcycle jacket that cost me $30. Why buy some Pakistani Hot Leathers junk that will cost you more?

EDIT: yeah, I just looked at the site - $80-150? I can buy MUCH better quality motorcycle jackets all day long on Ebay for that.

I stopped in the Hot Leather store not to long ago and it just so happened that everything in the store was half off till noon! I bought some shirts, gloves, vest, wallet, patches, and glasses. I checked out chaps and jackets, junk!! Not even for half off!!!!

 

I bought one at Outer Banks Bike Week and I'm sure I won't win a Harley fashion contest but I like it. Remains to be seen if it holds up but it seems pretty decently constructed and the price was right.

 

Lower end Chinese merchandise that travels around with rallies.

 

Not quality stuff. You have to shell out a few buck for quality. kerr leathers, $$$$, but well worth the money. You will have it forever.

 

+1 Not sure of the name of the one I got but , Its heavy and decent enough for the amount of time I actually wear one. By no means the quality of a Harley or other high end jacket. But woth the $99 I spent to keep me warm on the really cold days my HD Denim/Armored jacket won't do.
