smallest, lightest DOT lid?

smallest, lightest DOT lid?
OK, so I just moved from Montana to Washington state, and they have a helmet law. I always wear a FF when I'm commuting anyway, but I miss going helmetless when heading out to the local hang-outs or just putting around town.
So I'm looking for a small and light half-helmet. Cheap is good, too.
What are you folks wearing? What's good about 'em?
Not looking to start another helmet/ATGATT thread, please.
Thanks.

Since you are looking for a DOT 1/2 helmet, there is only one way to go. Daytona. They actually have differenjt shell sizes for the different head sizes. Many companys make one shell size and fill it with more padding for smaller heads, thus leading to mushroom head. If your head size is XL or 2XL you can use the other recomendations you hear on this forum. But for smaller heads, like me, Daytona is the way to go. I know, I have a basement full of helmets based on recomendations from the forum. Finally found daytona and will never go back.
