Cedar Key, Florida
My husband and I will be in Cedar Key for a week. He is fishing but we'll have our bikes. Any recommendations on where to ride, places to go?

Cedar Key is in the middle of a vast undeveloped wild life conservation area so there a lot of roads to nowhee. Some aten't even paved. The village itself is quaint. It's primarily a fishermsn's and bed snd breakfast kind of place.

About 5 miles outside of Cedar key on SR 24 close to rosewood, is an all you can eat resturant. It's called Robinsons. He has a fish market and fishing boats and catches all his own food. They are not open Mon., Tues., or wed. about a mile outside of Cedar Key is SR 347, very nice ride(old Florida type) stop at Shell Mound Park. the senic ride ends up in Chiefland. Watch out for wildlife! One of the best rides in Florida Is the Ozello trail (CR 494). great twisty ride from Crystal River to the Gulf. about 40 miles from Cedar Key off SR 19
