I just orderd a new tire from them tonight online...how is their service? Anyone ever tried them....was a great price!

I won't use them anymore. I've ordered from them 3 times and each time I'd check the order status it would say "in progress" or "pending". After about a week I'd call and be told it wasn't in stock. Why is it so hard for some companies to give you a quick email saying is not in stock!!!

Been told it is best use that companies online chat to check stock before placing order.

I always had great service with them! On my last bike, that was the only site I ordered from because of their customer service... What's great is that they have 'LIVE HELP' during working hours and if I had any questions, they were there to help me. Last Christmas, I need two fender bibs within 2 days and they went out of their way and had them to me before the holidays....GREAT COMPANY!!!

I bought some Vance & Hines stuff from them last month and had great service and pricing. Would definitely use them again!

I've wanted to buy from them on several occasions. Each time I emailed to check availability and every time the item was out of stock. Now I don't even bother looking there...

Haven't had a bad experience from them and ordered a few times. One item was backordered and they gave me an estimated date, and they beat it by a few days. Prices are decent.

Knock on wood, haven't had a problem and would use them again.

Ordered a few times with no problems. There are others I would use first. Namely M&M Cycle or Eastern Performance.

Their customer service folks have always been nice to me and returns have never been a problem, although their website can be slow at times..growing pains I think.
