Just read a story in this morning's paper. A dude got his *** kicked at a local bar. He is suing the drunk guy that kicked his ***, and the bar for selling the drunk guy enough liquor to get drunk.

My first thought was... "You let a DRUNK guy kick your ***???"

Are you sure he's not suing the bar for not having adequate security?

I've heard of those types of suits being successful.

some drunks get pretty mean...and won't listen to reason.
Just put your thumb to your nose and say "neh, neh, nah, nah....noo, noo".
Sorry someone got burned on a hot engine/exhaust...but I no longer stick my tounge
to frozen mail boxes. (I didn't sue the post office!)

Am I the only one sick of the stereo typing of people by drama queens looking to incite ill will?

Back to our regularly scheduled HD bashing....

Good grief, they have a warranty but most of the folks didnt know enough about the transmission to even know they had a problem until it was too late.
It's here day after day on this forum where some jackwagon is asking why is my motor cycle doing this or that and if he did this did he screw it up....it not the MoCo.
I think if you make a product idiot proof nature creates a better idiot.
My first bike, which I still have and love is a 2000 Heritage. It had issues with cam bearings failing. I did not know that buying the bike, I just fell in love.

Then, I began to read and ask questions. Needless to say, first upgrade was gear driven cams and all associated parts. Then, had her built up to a 96".

Regular maintenance and lots of love, she still performs like new. I am lucky enough to have an 02 Ultra. Again, fell in love with her. Started reading and asking questions. Did a few minor upgrades and she is strong and never caused me any issues. Give her lots of love too.

As far as heat, oh yeah, they get hot but I know that.

Lastly, and the best part of all the posts here today, that line in the quote - How true....
