Default Harbor Freight Wheel Chock and 2011 Fatboy Lo

I have a harbor freight wheel chock and a 2011 Fatboy Lo. I put the bike on the wheel chock but the wheel adapter seeed a little tight and pinching the wheel. Is that normal, do I have the wheel adapter on backwards, or is the tire just too fat, 140mm.

Not sure of what model chock you have but one of the pieces can be moved to a different hole.
