roller conversion cams
I am leaning towards the Andrews cam conversion that utilizes roller chains on both sides of the plate for my 2004 Road King. I know they make the N cams to fit this conversion, and Woods is also making conversion style cams. Can anyone tell me what other options from different manufacturers exist for this application. I thought I had read someone used cams from Head Quarters, but I don't see anything listed on their website.

I am fully aware that there are countless threads on the topic of cams and cam selection. However, through my searching I have been unable to find an answer to the specific question that I asked in my original post.

Hey prospect.....
You can paralyze yourself with loads of information that you can't possibly process. Perhaps your looking for something that hasn't been done yet. (some kind of nuclear fission driven cams, or such... WTH?)
Yep, search is yo friend.
Gear driven if the runout is in spec, Harley's conversion if it aint... no more difficult than that.
Did mine in March. No half-**** stuff for me. Andrews 26's along with the big bore and ported heads. So simple a cave man can do it...with a manual.
Ya got the manual?

Perhaps I need to clarify exactly what it is I am asking. What I am looking for are cams that have a 1 inch outer journal to fit in the 07-later style cam plate. A .875 inner journal to fit in the 06-earlier style motors. These cams also have a sprocket which utilizes an inner roller chain as opposed to the earlier style morse chains. Andrews makes cams like this. They refer to them as 'N' cams. Woods also makes cams to fit this type of conversion. My question is what other cam manufacturers make cams that meet these criteria? Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

I am not trying to re-invent anything. I am trying to upgrade my cam chain tensioners using Andrews conversion kit part #288902 which has already been invented. I am simply trying to find out what other brands of cams may exist that are compatible with this kit.
